Is your team ready to learn more about their working geniuses?

As Certified Working Genius Facilitators, HR Reliance has received hands-on training from The Table Group team and have been equipped with the tools and resources to help you leverage the Working Genius model with individuals, teams, and your entire organization, whether you're a large or small business, or a church.

Workshops can be delivered virtually or in person, with a part-day or full-day agenda.

Training Participants Will:

  • Understand why they have been successful or unsuccessful in past endeavors
  • Clarify which types of work give joy and energy and which types are draining and difficult
  • Avoid making unfair and inaccurate judgments about one another's motivation
  • Alleviate guilt about struggles people have with certain types of work
  • Improve dialogue and directives in team meetings
  • Make quick and concrete adjustments to roles and responsibilities to better tap into one another's strengths, and avoid one another's weaknesses
  • Get more done in less time

Our Process

  • Take the Working Genius Assessment

    In advance of the workshop, all participants complete a 15-minute online assessment via a link provided by HR Reliance to identify their geniuses, competencies, and frustrations.

  • Team Workshop

    Facilitators fully explain the model and ways to apply self-awareness to be a more effective team member.  A “Team Map” showing the strengths and gaps in team effectiveness and productivity is generated for presentation during the team session. 

  • Implementation

    The team receives a lively and interactive session on how to leverage their geniuses for better success both individually and as a team.
