Our Team
Yvonne Boettger
With over two decades of hands-on human resources experience, I have learned that when we as leaders are serious about developing the skills and talents of our people, we are investing in the future success of our organization! I especially enjoy analyzing current procedures, conducting research, creating a strategy, and developing a compelling action plan that meets the organization’s needs and culture.
Highlights from my experience and career include:
- Over 20 years of HR experience, including 14 as Director of HR at Park View Federal Credit Union, helping the organization nearly double its number of employees to meet steady growth
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from James Madison University
- SPHR (Senior Professional in HR) credential, a globally recognized designation
- Co-author of Crafting a Business Plan, a guide and workbook for entrepreneurs
- Adjunct professor in Human Resources, Training and Development, and Organizational Behavior
- Recipient of the 2019 Innovative Staff Development Award from the Credit Union National Association
- Developer and trainer of the leadership development program

Outside of work, I enjoy walks and bike rides with my husband in the Florida sunshine, playing pickleball, and inventing new recipes.
Christina Landes
My work in both Human Resources and Training and Development roles for over 25 years has allowed me the opportunity to learn and adapt to specific organizational needs within different industries including public, private and non-profit, all with very complex and unique employment cultures. I believe that building and maintaining strong relationships provides a solid foundation for personal, team and organizational success. I am dedicated to creating a dynamic and inclusive environment for employees at all levels, giving everyone an opportunity to discover their strengths and apply them to the work they do every day. For this reason, I am passionate about investing in leaders by giving them the tools they need to promote engagement, empower innovation, and achieve success.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Communication with a concentration in Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Adult Education/Human Resource Development, both from James Madison University. I am a certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator and a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP).
My leadership style is described as energetic, collaborative, results-oriented, and creative.
During my personal time, I enjoy reading, discovering my inner rockstar at weekly POUND classes, and traveling - especially when it involves sunshine and the beach.
Kay Manchester
I have in-depth Human Resources, Training and Sales Development experience across three industries in small to mid-size organizations and have served at all levels from entry to executive leader. In addition to serving as an adjunct consultant, I currently provide executive leadership to the Organizational Development team at Park View Federal Credit Union, HR Reliance’s parent company.
I earned an undergraduate degree from Berea College (Berea, KY), and while there, became passionate about their mission focused on the transformative power of equality in education. I hold an MBA from James Madison University and earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resources Management. I enjoy serving on boards and have held various board roles including board chair. I’m currently a board member of a non-profit focused on connecting people to nutritious foods.
I enjoy using my strengths in program development and design (such as compensation, people skills and leadership training, performance management, recruitment, policy development, and board governance) to inspire people to become their best and move organizations to the future.
I believe that as much can be learned from our success as from what might be perceived as a failure, and because I’ve had both, I’m willing to share both for my clients’ benefit.
