With over two decades of hands-on human resources experience, I have learned that when we as leaders are serious about developing the skills and talents of our people, we are investing in the future success of our organization! I especially enjoy analyzing current procedures, conducting research, creating a strategy, and developing a compelling action plan that meets the organization’s needs and culture.

Highlights from my experience and career include:

• Over 20 years of HR experience, including 14 as Director of HR at Park View Federal Credit Union, helping the organization nearly double its number of employees to meet steady growth
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from James Madison University
• SPHR (Senior Professional in HR) credential, a globally recognized designation
• Co-author of Crafting a Business Plan, a guide and workbook for entrepreneurs
• Adjunct professor in Human Resources, Training and Development, and Organizational Behavior
• Recipient of the 2019 Innovative Staff Development Award from the Credit Union National Association
• Developer and trainer of leadership development program

Outside of work, I enjoy walks and bike rides with my husband in the Florida sunshine, playing and recording music on my new digital piano, and trying and creating new healthy recipes.
